The Terrible Lizard King, as the Latin translation states, conjures up a truly terrifying image from well beyond our own ancient history to millions of years ago. This truly iconic Dinosaur was a piece I just had to sculpt, regardless, and was such an exciting subject to work on. In the process of research I made many visits to the Oxford Natural History Museum, studying their T- Rex fossil to the extend of literally counting teeth and noting the changes in size. The result is a piece that you can literally feed your arm through, no pun intended, and fully three dimensional. I loved working on this piece.
