Delivery Details
Here we have some useful information regarding the ordering and delivery process. This information may help you with your decision providing you with additional confidence when placing an order for a piece directly from Edge Sculpture.
If you do have any questions or concerns and would like to speak to one of us directly, please call 01952 898526 from Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 4:00pm and Friday 9:00am to 1:00pm.
You could always email us at enquiries@edgesculptureshop.com and we will try to respond back to you within 24 hrs between Monday to Friday, business hours.
We only despatch and ship out product from Monday to Friday, within a working week. This means that we would not be shipping out any "Made to Order" pieces on either a Company Shutdown or Bank Holidays.
Company Shutdowns for 2025:
August 4th to the 8th
December 24th to the 2nd January 2026
When entering your shipping address please make sure that it is where you want us to ship to and ensure this is both complete and accurate. Please provide a mobile phone number (where possible) and an email address for your delivery.
UK Delivery
With pieces being literally "Made to Order" we are suggesting that you may have to wait up to 10 working days to allow us the time to facilitate your piece within our usual working schedule.
In time we would hopefully achieve this more quickly.
We use DPD to ship out our pieces within the UK and once despatched you will receive tracking notification. Once a piece has left us it should be with you within two working days.
All UK deliveries will also be FREE.
All pieces will also be packaged in their own product box which itself will be placed in another outer box for both clean and secure delivery.
Delivery for Mainland Europe
To place an order for Mainland Europe you must contact us directly so that we can invoice you with accurate shipping costs. We will also be happy to answer any questions you have.

International Delivery

Damaged on Arrival
In the unfortunate situation that you receive a piece that has been broken in transit you must contact us within 48 hours and provide us with pictures to substantiate this, which include all the packaging. We need the pictures so that we can claim from the courier who has shipped the piece to you and we can then discuss replacing the item.
Returns Policy
If you wish to cancel an order then you are entitled to do so. To achieve a refund you cannot have not been in possession of it for more than 7 working days. The piece must also be both intact and as new and also within its original inner and outer packaging. Because of the nature of the product, we will arrange a courier to pick up the return and the cost of this will be deducted against your refund.
We will only make a refund once the piece has arrived back to us in a satisfactory condition.
