It is important to note that Edge Sculpture is a brand of Harrop Buckley Designs Ltd and as such, Harrop Buckley Designs Ltd is the parent company and legal entity of Edge Sculpture.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

Once Harrop Buckley Designs Ltd / Edge Sculpture receives an order via this web site www.edgesculptureshop.com, an offer to purchase is constituted on the part of the customer. Only when Harrop Buckley Designs Ltd / Edge Sculpture confirms the order via email communication to the customer, shall a contract exist between Harrop Buckley Designs Ltd / Edge Sculpture and the customer.

The company reserves the right to cancel any purchase that falls outside the company's mainland UK delivery zones (details of which can be obtained on request prior to making any purchase). Prices provided in a written quotation to the customer from Harrop Buckley Designs Ltd / Edge Sculpture, as a result of an inquiry to this web site, shall be valid for 30 days from the despatch date of the written quotation.

Liability limitation

Harrop Buckley Designs will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by us or their employees or agents in circumstances where:

loss or damage was not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed;

loss or damage was not caused by any breach on the part of the supplier;

loss or damage relates to business and/or non-consumers.

We will not be liable for loss or damage caused by the customer handling the item.

Purchasing

When you want to make a purchase, browse our online catalogue at www.edgesculptureshop.com, add what you wish to purchase to the shopping basket (on some products it is necessary to complete the additional options section for delivery location and or pre-order / made-to-order agreement) and click to go to the checkout.

After you have provided card and address details to satisfy the order, the card details are security checked with the relevant card issuer and you will receive a message in your browser window advising that the transaction is complete.

Harrop Buckley Designs Ltd / Edge Sculpture supply products Worldwide and the prices shown are the prices payable regardless of regional differences. Please note that we will not enter into negotiations regarding the regional differences and all import duties and costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

The contract between us: Harrop Buckley Designs Ltd / Edge Sculpture and you: the Customer, comes into force when we confirm 'Processing' your order by email communication.

We will normally absorb minor fluctuations in costs. In the event of significant price alterations, which would result in extra cost to you the customer, we will of course contact you.

Harrop Buckley Designs Ltd / Edge Sculpture accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal (all variations).

Please note that not all of our current sculptures are available to purchase directly from us. If you would like to purchase sculptures not listed on www.edgesculptureshop.com, please contact your local Edge Sculpture high street stockist. A list of which can be found on www.edgesculpture.com.

Prices and Payment

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling. Any delivery charges are specified. Payment may be made by debit or credit card on-line via our payment facility. All goods shall remain the property of Harrop Buckley Designs Ltd / Edge Sculpture until payment has been received in full. Your credit card will not be charged until the goods ordered have been confirmed and allocated. Harrop Buckley Designs Ltd / Edge Sculpture retain the right to cancel any order that has been accepted but which is then identified to be a listed with incorrect price or where incorrect delivery charges apply.

Pre-Order, Made-to-Order & Limited Edition Delivery Conditions

By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions you are confirming that you have been given every opportunity to read and understand the listing in its entirety and this includes any delivery estimates which can be subject to change. All pre-order / made-to-order items are excluded from the 14 day distance seller as they are considered to be "made to order". However, if there are extraneous circumstances we will consider allowing this to happen.

Due to the manufacturing processes of paint products and the nuances of hand-painting, colours and patterns may vary from those depicted.
