The Cobra is such a symbolic creature and has captured the imagination of many cultures for thousands of years. With it’s uniquely defined hood and its piercingly hypnotic expression this haunting serpent makes for an incredibly powerful piece. I wanted to create a sculpture that suggests antiquity and ancient culture yet still has bite.
